Art has been a matter of discussion ever since, that is what art is supposed to do. Especially if it is abstract art, it must bring out the stories which we as a society try to hide and conceal. Empowered societies and people try to do so but we as humans have it in ourselves to shy away from the matters which brings discomfort. Whether it is painting, literature or music all the art forms draw our path towards the depth of the world and it's lesser told but needed stories and facts. From time to time art keeps us reminding of the forgotten legends and pinch us to see the truth buried under the sheets of lies and time keeping the world sane and healthy. Hence, if you look a little closer you will find everything to be an amalgamation of rather different things and species. The painting I am talking about today is a kind of one such amalgamation.
When nothing is clear let the things flow they say, this is what I followed for this painting. I put some colors and they flew on paper and created a beautiful visual, later I followed the deep green spot and drew Mandala around them. As I was creating it I was not sure how it would look or appeal to me but I continued doing it and eventually started enjoying the process and I made more detailed Mandalas than I expected from myself. This made me realize how often we give up too soon and hesitate spending time on the things which might take some time to emerge and shape up.
This painting for me is like the different phases we live through our life which I will like to call the cycles. We complete one cycle and enter another, from a smaller to bigger and discover new things at every point and sometimes the difficulties in the cycle gets so bad that we leave it mid way start to look out for another cycle just like the big incomplete Mandala here, what is interesting is that in spite of being incomplete it is charming and emerges very different from other Mandalas in painting. Cycles in our life continue and one after another we become part of many such cycles and fill our essence and add our own values as we trek the life, in this painting the yellow and green flowing color is just like the flowy part of us humans.
In a bigger picture, it is an amalgamation of arts, not just abstract and Mandala but also the music which was playing when I decided to put a picture together. We humans are also the same, made up of multiple emotions and feelings.
Then, on a certain day all the cycles come to an end, some beautiful and others tragic and we remain alive only in the form of memories in other's mind space and lucky ones manage to create footprints. Just like this painting, all the cycles of Mandala find an end one above another and vanish into a colorful canvas leaving footprints of colors.
We live, we create, we die but some part of ours stay alive in some form.

Every detail connects with every word and so immensely expressed plus the color combination is eye-catching.
ReplyDeleteJust like slow and steady wins the race. From this art, I feel that we have to keep our goal in mind, whatever the way is. In life people face hurdles before reaching to their goal also they carry resposibilities and because of the burden of responsibilities sometimes they divert their path for the good will.
But this art points out to look at bright side of the life and inspire us to keep working on it.
You are doing good work,Artist.
Keep doing keep inspiring.
Thank you so much🤗

ReplyDeleteThank you so much :) keep supporting!
DeleteWell the first thing is that, i never noticed any arts deeply. And concept of combining unknown arts to our daily life is really impressive. Second thing is your thinking is exactly at the point like reader can easily connect with whatever you're trying to explain. All over this piece of writing is really good and your art is extra ordinary.
