Mandala is a complete art in itself without a doubt but we live in an era where everything is miss matched or fused. Today, from fusion of cuisines to fusion of languages everything can be eye witnessed. Fusion in itself is a rich process, amalgamating different forms and creating a new item is a wonder. In my previous blog I have talked about freedom which Mandala allows and taking advantage of that freedom I thought of incorporating Mandala with some floral art. You can read about Mandala freedom here : https://artkizubani.blogspot.com/2020/08/what-is-mandala-for-you.html
Creating this piece of art made me understand what it actually means to bring together things, it is always about finding a way as I found one here. One does not require huge plans or big investments to bring together an art piece; instead what one need is belief in the process of creation. Nothing turns out cherry and cake in the first attempt, it takes time to go through the process. So, invest in the failures, you will end up wasting paint, paper but as you proceed one thing is guaranteed and that is improvement. Following this not only ensures the better art but also your inner growth, both as a person and artist.
Here is a picture of one such combination, it's Mandala plus floral art.
Here all I did was, left some space in the center and continued Mandala, later I filled the space with bright yellow colors inspired by the rose which bloomed in my tiny garden. This reminds me of the point that inspiration can come from anywhere at any time, just keep your eyes and ears open. In my other piece of art I enjoyed fusing calligraphy with Mandala and it turned out equally beautiful.one important thing learned from this piece is that keeping hesitation at bay and creating with vision can lead a way to fresh and authentic art. In the comments below do tell what fusions you tried and how they turned out. Till then happy creating!

Beautifully done and expressed. 🌼
